Inquiry information

When you submit the inquiry form, NeuroAttachment stores the name, email address, organization or community if provided, audience, inquiry details, selected service context, consent time, and submission time. Jodi Nash uses this information only to review and respond to the inquiry, evaluate fit, and manage a potential or active business relationship.

Inquiry records are available only through the owner’s authenticated inbox and are retained there for up to 12 months. Information needed for an active engagement or ordinary business records may be retained separately when reasonably necessary.

Please do not submit private health information, protected student records, confidential personnel information, payment-card information, or other sensitive personal data through the inquiry form or ordinary email.

Website measurement

The site records limited, first-party usage events so NeuroAttachment can understand which pages are visited, which calls to action are selected, and whether the inquiry process is completed. These events include the page path, action label, event type, and time. They do not include inquiry text, advertising identifiers, or cross-site tracking cookies.

Sharing and advertising

NeuroAttachment does not sell inquiry information, use it for third-party behavioral advertising, or share it with unrelated organizations for their marketing.

Direct communication

If you email NeuroAttachment, the information you choose to provide may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, and manage a potential or active engagement.

Access, correction, or deletion

You may ask to review, correct, or delete inquiry information by emailing jodi@neuroattachment.org. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal or ordinary business-record purposes.
